What counts as an edit?

Several notes can form one request. One delivered image costs 1 point with Quick or 2 with GPT at 1K. A new revision is another edit.

Do failed edits use points?

Confirmed failures return reserved points. Pending requests keep their original task; refreshing or checking does not generate or charge again. Choosing to revise a delivered image is a new edit.

Can I combine a subscription and a pack?

Yes. Monthly points expire at the next paid cycle and do not roll over. Pack points last 12 months. Paid points with the earliest expiry are used first; the trial is limited to 2 Quick edits with low-resolution downloads.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel renewal in Account at any time. Paid monthly points remain until the cycle ends; packs keep their own expiry. Downloaded files remain yours.

Does the trial need a card?

No. Verify your email for 2 free Quick edits. Preview at up to 768 pixels on the long edge; download at 512 pixels. Full results are kept for 24 hours. Your first purchase unlocks existing trial results within their retention period, without spending plan points or regenerating them. Daily trial capacity is limited.

How are refunds handled?

Draft policy: request a full refund within 7 days if none of that order’s points or brief allowance was used. Contact support for duplicate charges or delivery failures. Failed-edit point returns and payment refunds are separate. Applicable law or payment-provider rules may grant broader rights.
